The new BR Lights site is up! After much keytapping and headscratching the monster has finally taken form.

.....and now for some purty pictures from Canada!
This was the only one we got while actually skiing. The boys totalled up that we did 120K vertical during the 5 days. Not much time for snapshots when you're trying to keep up. ;)
I love Canada. It's gorgeous! I will hopefully get a gallery of shots up soon...
Ok, this is not Canada, it's Seattle. I thought it was awefully pretty though.
Ok, must stop procrastinating and work.
If your reading this roomies I swear I'll be back by soon and I may as well just mail the rent.

Dang you did that? Not bad rook.
Couple of suggestions:
1) When accessing other pages like the gallery, you should have a navigation page to get back to the previous/other pages. I suppose you could hit "back", but it is nice to have links to the other pages.
2) On the main page, the "A valued happy customer!" comment is outside the box. Move back inside.
3) When going to outside sites (via your links i.e. MTBR), I like for a new window to open up - the main page stays. That way they don't have to navigate back. In the [a href="xxxxxxx.htm"] insert target="_blank" so that is looks like this: [a href="xxxxxxx.com" target="_blank"]outside link[/a]. The link to Youtube works that way. (Note that I had to change the <> to [] since Blogger doesn't allow certain html)
4) What happened to the animated .gif that had the changing battery charge indicator? I thought that was a nice little graphic to include.
Otherwise a nice jump up from the previous site (no offense KB). Well done.

Mike - thx for the great feedback! Yeah the gif was a rook move by me. I inserted it while in Image ready which turned it into a flat gif when it processed the slices. I be fixin that soon.
I am going to add Nav pages to...youre totally right.
Wnat to learn how to make a little window for the video pop-up and play the embeded video.

dying to have two min to put up pics, we also went dog sledding and ziplining. What a week.
If you're just using Youtube for the video, use the "embed tag" on the site and copy and paste that into your html editor. Voila!
Now if you want to host it on your server and do a fancy window, different story.
